Member Scholarships
International Scholarships (For members only)
Information and applications
Thirty scholarships ranging from $6,000 to $10,000 each aid outstanding women educators in pursuing graduate study. Scholarship applicant requirements at the international level:
  • An active Society member for a minimum of three years
  • Active participation and leadership in the Society
  • A master's degree or equivalent
  • Acceptance and enrollment in a graduate program of a nationally accredited institution of higher education, preferably pursuing a doctoral degree
  • Not a previous international scholarship recipient
  • Excellence in scholarship and community service 

​Alpha State Scholarships (For members only)
Alpha State offers scholarships to members pursuing graduate study and/or adult/continuing education.

Alpha State Texas Educational Foundation (ASTEF) Aspiring Educator Grant
​
The goal of the Aspiring Educator Grant is to provide funds toward the completion of a bachelor’s degree and Texas teacher certification for women sponsored by TSO members.  It may also provide funds for Alternative Teacher Certification for women who already have a bachelor’s degree and desire to become a teacher.  ASTEF Forms and Applications

Iota Omega Grants-In-Aid
The two Plano chapters, Iota Omega and Mu Mu, jointly offer grants to graduating seniors who attend PESH, PSHS, and/or PWSH.
